Nepali language, Culture and Arts Class – Summer 2018 (June 19th – September 4th)

Our Motto: “Preserve our language and culture and transfer it to our kids”

We are very excited to inform those who have enrolled their children in the Nepali language class that, starting this year, we have a confirmed designated venue. In order to avoid the hassle of having to run between the Guilderland and Clifton Park libraries, the society has chosen one location to run the class this year.

The new venue along with the other details for the Nepali language class will be as follows:

Venue:  Chinese Community Center, 11 Avis Dr., Latham, NY 12110.
Date:  Every Tuesday from 19th June, 2018 through September 4th, 2018 (Calendar details will be sent to the parents)
Time:  7-8 pm.
Total Class 12

Amount to be paid to Chinese Community Center: $25/class (with 50% discount), total $300.00

We kindly request that all parents who have enrolled their children deposit the fee ($50/child) by May 31, 2018 to one of the following members:

Yukta Timalsina Latham area
Danda Pani Acharya – Clifton Park area
Binod ThapaAlbany area
Samir ThapaSchenectady/Niskayuna area
Krishna DevkotaGuilderland and other areas not covered above

If you have missed the deadline and are still interested in registering for the class, please contact Yukta Timalsina by Friday, May 4, 2018 and pay the fee by May 31, 2018 to one of the above designated member.

We had great success with the class last year, and we anticipate that this year will be even better as we are moving forward with several new ideas for the program.

Once again, let’s preserve our language and culture and transfer it to our kids!
